For this process the scanner needs internet access.
- Unlock the screen and open the Future Ticketing app.
- Choose the option to Clear Download, or Upload Data.
- Hold down the small orange side button and swipe the app sideways to close it.
- Restart the App so that it offers you a dropdown list of events and choose the appropriate event.
- The app will download the data and pop up a message to that effect.
- Close the pop up using the cross in the corner.
Leave the scanner in this state. Power down if necessary.
