Info to send PRO before your meeting

Whilst it is not sensible to share all your internal communication in the run-up to your meeting, any changes to the format of schedule of your meeting must be passed on so that the Midlands Pointing page for your fixture can be updated, is correct and up-to-date.

It is also worth thinking about what information might be useful to the PRO for marketing purposes.

For example:

  • race (and other) sponsors
  • other events alongside your meeting, like dog shows and other non-racing entertainment.
  • Specific local-interest info which would be interesting to local press and media.

We create Facebook Events for all our fixtures and information like this, in addition to going reports, is useful to keep the events fresh and updated as the day approaches.
